Tracy Power - Social Impact Director

What do you like most about your role as Social Impact Director?

I love how varied my role is. I get to work on a wide range of projects, not just rugby league focused but, everything from health and wellbeing to cultural programmes. Our social impact programme is really exciting and I can’t wait to see it come to life. I get to work with great people and partners to help inspire people and hopefully make a positive impact on people’s life. We’ve a lot of work to do but it’s very exciting.

What is your favourite sporting memory?

2015 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Glasgow. Working on the event, being in the arena when the GB Men’s and Women’s teams became the first to win team medals at a World Championships. Followed up by Max Whitlock becoming Britain’s first ever male gymnast to win a World Championship title – Gold on Pommel. The event was also the end of my 10 year stint working at British Gymnastics. It was quite an emotional but has given me some great memories.
