We’re talking HUGE, each “player” stands three metres tall and weighs 400 kilograms, glowing with internal LED lighting – you can’t miss them day or night! Throughout the tournament, the League of Giants will make a huge impact on fans as you get up close and personal with these legends in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane.

What are they made of?
- Concrete base
- Steal armature (frame)
- Digitally printed lycra player kits designed to match the actual tournament playing kit by each nation
- 3D printed polymer body
- They are internally lit using LED strip lighting (7amp to light the lot!)
Is the statue modelled from a person?
Yes! The player used was Patrice Siolo, who works for NRL Central in Sydney. He currently plays for the North Sydney Bears. Patrice has played for South Sydney Rabbitohs and Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. He plays at second-row and lock. He was required to hold the pose for 3 minutes while a scanning device captured the detail required to create the print file.
